TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

 

This is event is run by Decade Events Live Ltd.

All tickets are subject to a booking fee from our Ticket Agent Eventbrite.

 

DECADE EVENTS LIVE LTD HAS A NO REFUND POLICY

No tickets will be refunded unless the event is completely cancelled in which case only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Tickets are for the event and not for one specific artist. The promoter will use their best endeavours to present the line-up as advertised, but the line-up of artists cannot be guaranteed. Should one or more artists cancel, the event will go ahead as normal. Refunds will not be given in these circumstances. Tickets are issued subject to a license being granted by the local authority.

 

RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED

Decade Events Live Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission to or to eject ticket-holders from the Event without a refund.

 

AGGRESSIVE OR ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR

Aggressive or anti-social behaviour will be met with a zero-tolerance policy and immediate ejection.

 

LOST, STOLEN OR INCOMPLETE TICKETS

Admission will not be allowed to persons presenting a ticket that has already been scanned or to persons whose tickets have been lost or stolen.  Keep tickets safe – treat them like cash.

 

LOST OR ALTERED WRISTBANDS

Attendance without the relevant wristband issued by the event is not permitted and will result in ejection.  Wristbands that have been tampered with or removed will be declared invalid and lost wristbands will not be replaced.  If attending more than 1 day – you MUST keep the wristband on your wrist (do not remove) for all of the event days. Our wristbands and showerproof and earthquake proof – so no excuses will be accepted for a removed wristband.

 

ENTRY PROCEDURES

As a condition of entry all bags & buggies will be checked and if necessary  searched by our trained security team.  Please do not arrive with bags larger than 40cm x 30cm x 20cm as you will not be permitted to enter with the bag.

 

NO ALCOHOL/LIQUIDS CAN BE TAKEN INTO THE EVENT ARENA

Please leave any alcohol/soft drinks you have purchased at home. If you attempt to bring alcohol/liquids into the event arena it will be confiscated and you risk being ejected from the event for breaching our licensing conditions.

 

NO GLASS OR HIP FLASKS CAN BE BROUGHT INTO EVENT ARENA

 

FOOD & DRINK

Whilst we do allow food into the arena, we cannot allow any liquids, with the exception of babies bottles of milk.  This will help us conform to our licensing conditions where we must ensure people don’t bring alcohol into the licensed arena. Tap Water will be available from a tap in the main arena, you are welcome to bring your empty refillable bottle (no glass) into the arena to refill.

 

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES, ALCOHOL & ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR

This event has a zero tolerance towards illegal substances, underage drinking and anti-social behavior. Anyone found with illegal substances, behaving in an anti-social manner or under the influence of alcohol under the age of 18 will be ejected from the festival site and reported to the police.  If an under 18 is ejected from the arena the responsible adult attending with them will also be required to leave with them. Anyone ejected from the arena for any of this behaviour will have their wristbands removed and not be permitted to re-enter the event again, including the following days. This event encourages sensible drinking.

 

CHAIRS & BLANKETS

This is a standing event and as such we would ask that you leave folding chairs at home as they have been identified as an escape route hazard.  If for any reason you must bring a chair please be aware that they are only permitted in the allocated grass areas on a first come first served basis.  Please follow stewards instructions if you are asked to put them away. Blankets and cushions are welcome.

 

ANIMALS

Animals are not permitted into the event arena, with the exception of  assistance dogs.

 

PYROTECHNICS/FIREWORKS/FIRE LANTERNS

Strictly no Pyrotechnics, Fireworks,  fire lanterns, smoke grenades or similar are permitted anywhere on the Event Site. Those caught doing so will be ejected from the event and not permitted to re-enter. Any person involved with any  such activities will be reported to the appropriate authority,

 

LOCATION

Our events all take place in stunning locations and we would like your help in keeping it that way.  Please use the bins provided. All our waste is collected and sorted and recycled off site.  

We ask that you request our location and our neighbours – without the support from the local community these events couldn’t happen.

 

CAMPSITE & CAMPERVAN CONDITIONS

 

NO VEHICLES ALLOWED IN THE CAMPSITE

There is a car park available at the festival site and passes for this can be purchased from the ticketshop. This is virtually adjacent to the campsite.

 

NO GLASS (BOTTLES/TUMBLERS) BROUGHT INTO MAIN ARENA OR CAMPSITE

Campers wishing to bring their own drink (alcohol or soft drinks) into the campsite must have it contained in a plastic bottle or cans. THERE IS A STRICT NO GLASS POLICY. There will be no facility to ‘decant’ liquid at the site entrance on arrival so please do this before you arrive at the festival.

Due to licensing restrictions no alcohol can be taken into the Main arena.

 

UNDER 18′s ON CAMPSITE

A  responsible  adult must accompany  anyone under the age of  18 whilst staying on the campsite,  1 Adult can be responsible for up to 3 under 18’s only – the adult must also be staying on site. Under 18’s attempting to bring alcohol onsite will have this confiscated and disposed as part of our Health & Safety Agreement. There will be bag searches on check in to the campsite.

 

COOKING AREAS

There will be special cooking areas within the campsite for small gas cookers & portable barbecues. You are free to bring your own food and there will also be food vendors on site.  Please only cook in these areas. Fires are not permitted on the campsite.

 

AMPLIFIED/ACOUSTIC MUSIC

No amplified or acoustic music live or otherwise will be allowed on the Campsite between the hours of 11pm and 9am.

 

NEIGHBOURS

Please  get to know  the people camping  around you and help  create a good atmosphere.    Be considerate of your neighbours and keep the noise down at night. Anyone causing a disturbance in the campsite will be removed from the festival site.

 

FIREWORKS/FIRE LANTERNS

Strictly no Fireworks or fire lanterns are allowed anywhere on the festival site or campsites. Those caught doing so will be removed from the festival site. Any person involved with any  such activities will be reported to the appropriate authority,

DECADE EVENTS LIVE LTD want to be clear with you, our customers about the information we collect from you, how we use it and how we secure it.

We collect information from you when you contact us through email or social media, come to our website and buy tickets from us.  We use this information to assist us in planning our event, marketing and to help us communicate with our customers, as well as using the data to compile statistics which assists us in sponsorship, funding applications and much more.

As the organiser of this event Decade Events Live ltd works with third parties such as artists, agents, venues, sponsors and ticketing agents (hereby known as Event Partners) and may share your information with them in order to assist with the planning and marketing of the event.

 

What Information do we hold about you and how do we use it?

  • Your contact information. We will hold contact information you provide to us (e.g. name, address, phone number, email, country of residence) when you purchase your tickets and/or participate in our competitions or promotions.
  • Information you post online. For example, we hold the information you post on our website or on a third-party social media site to which we have access (including reviews you post or surveys you complete). You understand that we and others (including our Event Partners) may use and re-publish any data you post online publicly, on our website or when using apps or social media tools.
  • In relation to emails we send you, we may collect information on how you respond to such emails, for example, the number of times the email is opened or the links in them are clicked.

This is all in line with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 1998.

 

TICKET INFORMATION

 

VIP TICKET

Your ticket will be exchanged for a non-transferable VIP wristband at the VIP Arrivals when you arrive, which must be worn at all times. No one else can collect your wristband on your behalf, as only the Event Team will attach the wristband. We operate an ID25 policy, if you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25 you will be asked to provide photographic proof of age. Without photographic ID you will be required to be accompanied by an adult and an under 18 wristband will be issued. Without an adult you will be refused entry into the event site. An Adult wristband does not guarantee service at the bar without photographic ID, regular age checks will take place at the bar, as per our licensing conditions.

Your VIP wristband will give you access to the VIP Bar area with its own toilets and the rest of the public area of the festival site. It will not grant you access any backstage areas.

 

ADULT TICKET  | Your ticket will be exchanged for a non-transferable wristband at the event office when you arrive, which must be worn at all times. UNDER 18 TICKET  | Under 18 tickets are available to anyone under the age of 18 and are only available to buy with an adult ticket. One adult can be responsible for a maximum of 4 under 18’s. All under 18 tickets holders will be issued with an under 18 wristband which means they will not be served alcohol. An emergency name and phone number will also be written on the wristband in case of emergencies. Anyone under the age of 18 who our security team deemed to be under the influence of any substance will be refused with no refund.

 

FREE UNDER 8 TICKET  | Free Infant tickets are available to under 8’s when purchased with a full price adult ticket.  Whilst this ticket is free you must still book a ticket to ensure a place at the event.

 

CAMPSITE TICKET | Valid for 1 person camping in the XV Caslte Campsite from 18.00 on the Friday 5th June until 11.00 on Sunday 7th. Includes access to toilets, water and shower (surcharge) facilities on site.  Only Valid if also purchased an entry ticket to the event. Please see entry times on the website.

 

CAMPERVAN TICKET | Valid for 1 campervan or caravan on the XV Castle Campervan site from 18.00 on Friday 5th June until 11.00 on Sunday 7th June. Your campervan ticket will be exchanged for a display pass on check in at the site. Each campervan pitch is 7m x 5m and any awnings must be within this allocated space. Caravans are allowed on the condition they fit in the allocated space and that the towing vehicle is parked in the onsite car park. Please see entry times on the website.

 

XV CAR PARK TICKET | Valid for 1 vehicle no longer than 6.5m from 18.00 on Friday 5th June until 11.00 on Sunday 7th June. Your ticket will be exchanged for a carpark pass. No campervans or caravans allowed in the car park. Please see entry times on the website.
